Sundance Builders transforms your project team’s ideas and requirements in to preliminary conceptual drawings. Cost projections for budgeting purposes are provided along with options in different designs, construction methods, and material selections, and how each of these items affect the project cost. Site planning and a master plan are developed.
Construction Documents and SubmittalsAfter the final design criteria has been approved, AutoCAD drawings are produced detailing architectural elements, civil drawings, and detailed drawings for mechanical, electrical, plumbing. All construction documents and details are generated, and county and city permit applications are in process.
Pre-Construction PhaseSundance Builders obtains bids from subcontractors and suppliers to finalize the construction cost. Together with your project team, we completely review all construction cost and bids, and contracts are reviewed and awarded with selected subcontractors and suppliers.
Construction PhaseWeekly meetings between the project manager, superintendent and subcontractors provide accountability throughout the construction phase, resulting in a strict adherence to the schedule. The end result is a quality facility that meets or exceeds your expectations, delivered on-time and within your budget.
